Dr. Andrea D. Mason, DBA
Founder/ Executive Director
Dr. Mason is certified in Social Services, Youth and Young Adult Mental Health First Aid, and Adult Mental Health First Aid with over 18 years of experience in Child Protective Services. Dr. Mason has a BA in Psychology, a Masters in Management, and a Doctorate of Business Administration. She specializes in emotional intelligence, management, and social services. She is a member of the City of South Fulton Human Services Coalition and she has years of mentoring experience in the community and the workplace.

Dr. Jessica E. Green, DSW
Director
Dr. Green has a Doctorate, Masters, and Bachelors in Social Work, focusing on mental health and leadership. She is certified in Social Services with over 15 years of experience in Child Protective Services and Foster Parent recruitment. She specializes in providing IMPACT training and completing home studies for potential foster parents. She is also certified in Crisis Prevention Intervention. Jessica is the 2018-2020 President of the Rho Epsilon Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. She mentors youth in the community and in Foster Care.
Simone Key
Board Member
Simone is a Certified Travel Agent and owner of Planning with Simone, a travel agency specializes in planning trips on economics budgets. She has experience in Customer Services, IT, and Accounting. Simone is active in her church community and parental activities at her daughter's school.
Jasmine Phillips
Secretary
Jasmine has an Associate Degree in Medical Coding and Billing. She has experience in management and retail. Jasmine enjoys helping youth in the community by assisting in various youth activities.
Bridget Harris, MS
Board Member
Bridget has a Masters in Counseling and she is certified in Social Services. She has over 22 years of experience in Child Protective Services. Bridget currently works in education and she is a mentor with a passion for helping youth succeed.
Javonah Buffins
Board Member
Javonah has a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Management. She has over 16 years of experience in Social Services and as a Guardian Ad Litem. She has experience in Business Devices, Consulting, and Marketing. Javonah is also a mentor in the community and the workplace.
Evangelist Maeola Mason
Spritual Leader/ Honorary Board Member
Evangelist Mason, a valued member of Friendship Baptist Church for over 80 years, is always there to offer a spiritual word of advice when needed. She leads with the values and principles that P.A.Y. team members vow to uphold. Thank you, Evangelist Mason!
