Professionals Assisting Youth, Inc. (P.A.Y.), a nonprofit corporation, was founded in Riverdale, GA, based on the belief that youth need meaningful guidance to inspire and empower them to reach their full potential. Determined to make a difference, P.A.Y.’s founder developed a program that would be beneficial to youth who have characteristics and experiences that increase their risk of developing challenging behaviors and outcomes that could be detrimental to their community, themselves, or both.

 

With that concept in mind, P.A.Y. professionals provide mentoring services and community workshops that address the physical and psychological stress of peer on peer bullying; academic, job, leadership, interpersonal, and life skills; teen pregnancy, suicide, violence, and substance abuse; and other areas that youth in the community want or need to address.
